When we launched Lectio 365 in 2019, our vision was simple – we wanted people to have an easy, accessible way to pray the Bible. But we had no idea that P.R.A.Y would become such an established rhythm, or that it would soon become O.R.A.R in Spanish and Portuguese, or that people in nearly every nation on earth would be pausing to breathe slowly and encounter Jesus every day.
Just last year, we saw over 50 million times of prayer completed in the Lectio 365 app, each one representing a moment of stillness, and encountering God through reading his word.
24-7 Prayer has always existed to revive the church and rewire the culture through non-stop prayer. We’re celebrating this milestone because of what it represents: people all over the world, daily stopping to pray: morning, noon and night.
We’re so grateful to every single person who has joined us on the app to pray the Bible.
