24-7 Prayer (“24-7 Prayer”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”) provide the Lectio 365 app at no cost and it is intended for use as it is.
If you choose to use Lectio 365, then it is important that you read and understand this Privacy Notice. This notice explains how personal data is handled when you use the Lectio 365 app and should be read alongside the 24-7 Prayer Privacy Policy, which provides full details about us as a data controller, your data protection rights and how to contact us.
Information we collect and how it is used
The Lectio 365 app does not require you to create an account and we do not ask for your name, email address or phone number to use the app.
However, when you use the app we collect limited technical and usage data, which may include:
- app and device information (such as app version and operating system)
- app usage and interaction data (for example which features are used and when)
- technical identifiers used to support app analytics and performance monitoring
This information helps us understand how the app is used and to improve stability, performance, and user experience.
Analytics and third-party services
Lectio 365 uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect technical and usage analytics data including information such as your operating system version, app configuration, the time and date of your use of the app, and other usage statistics.
Firebase processes this data as a service provider on our behalf to provide aggregated analytics and diagnostic insights that help us maintain and improve the app.
Lectio 365 is distributed through third party platforms, such as Apple App Store and Google Play. These platforms may process personal data independently for their own purposes in accordance with their own privacy policies.
How we use this information
We use app-related data to:
- monitor and improve app performance
- understand feature usage
- diagnose faults and reduce crashes
- improve the overall user experience
We do not use Lectio 365 app data for advertising or marketing purposes.

It is our priority to keep your information safe and we aim to minimise the personal data we process through Lectio 365.
App usage and analytics data is processed via Firebase and stored in accordance with our configuration settings and the service provider’s retention and security controls. We take appropriate measures to protect data processed on our behalf, and our service providers use a variety of technical and organisational measures to help protect data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
Lawful basis
We process Lectio 365 app data on the basis of legitimate interests, where this processing is necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the app.

Some app data may be processed outside the UK by our service providers.

We recognise that children and young people may use our resources.
We process personal data with particular care and in line with safeguarding and data protection requirements.
