I absolutely love the three different prayers per day. Midday Prayers has really helped me to re-dedicate my day today.

We listen to the Lectio 365 reflection each day over breakfast and it’s a great day way to start the day. For me it’s important to ground and recenter myself in God and the content, the music, the prayers in the reflection really work well in this.
